Counselling - The Process
We have a conversation to get acquainted.
We have an Intake Session. This is a deeper exploration to get a baseline of where you are and to outline the general focus for the counselling engagement.

♦ What crises are you currently grappling with?
♦ How have familial patterns influenced your coping strategies?
We begin the journey…counselling takes place by telephone, online, or in person. The frequency of sessions and length of the coaching engagement is variable and dependent upon your concerns.
Individuals often book weekly or biweekly appointments. Brief therapy (6-12 sessions) is focused on direct, actionable solutions.
Longer-term therapy delves into historical and deeply engrained behavioural and emotive patterns.
