According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), Mentor Coaching means: “a credential applicant being coached on their coaching skills rather than coaching on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of an applicant’s coaching skill.”

My role as Mentor Coach is to provide valuable feedback and fresh perspectives regarding your use of the ICF Core Competencies. This exploration invites you to integrate the Core Competencies fluidly into your coaching conversations.

I Mentor:

Coaches seeking an ACC, PCC, or MCC credential from the ICF
Coaches seeking ACC, PCC, or MCC ICF recertification
Coaches of all levels seeking to enrich their skills sets

All programs meet the criteria for the ICF Mentor Coach Policy.

“It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare;
it is because we do not dare that things are difficult.”
